Job Description/Requirements:

  • Designs and facilitates training, with an emphasis on management,
    onboarding new managers, new and existing company-wide policies,
    processes, procedures, and business applications
  • Assists in activities to mitigate potential risks and barriers to successful
    adoption of change initiatives
  • Supports SMEs, Field and Corporate managers through the instructional
    design and delivery of new and existing processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university
    required
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word,
    Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Project)
