Salary: Depends on Experience
Job Description/Requirements:
– Answer multiple phone lines; screen and direct calls as appropriate
-Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference/teleconference calls
-Prepare and process client bills
-Make arrangements for travel, transportation and accommodations
-Prepare attorney diaries through Firm diary application
-Downtown Transactional Lawfirm with energy focus
-4 to 5 years secretarial experience working in a law firm
-High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
-Proficiency in MS Word; basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint preferred
-Ability to type 65+ wpm
